October Meeting

Due to the upcoming holiday season, this will be the last meeting for the year so be sure to attend!
BIM for construction

At this month’s Houston Revit User Group, Christophe Jones of CBJ Construction will be doing a presentation on how Contractors utilize Revit in Preconstruction and Estimating, as well as, discussing BIM and its movements in the industry and how Architects and Engineers can work with General Contractors.

Christophe has been involved in the industry for over 15 Years in various aspects of the business, and is currently the Director of Preconstruction for a California Company.   Recently, he has started his own company CBJ Construction.  He has used Revit for over 5 years in preconstruction, estimating, coordination and other aspects of BIM.

The Houston Area Revit User Group typically meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month.  In order to make this a success this needs to be a group effort.  All topics, presentations, and discussions will be generated by the group, so come ready to discuss!
